The Graduate Admissions accepts applications to the Statistics graduate programs in autumn each year (September/October) for matriculation beginning in the following academic year - autumn quarter start. Applications will not be accepted after the published deadlines above. Applicants to the Statistics graduate program may apply either to the MS program or to the PhD program, but may not apply to both.
It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure that they meet all eligibility requirements before applying. All application materials, including supporting documents, must be received by the application deadline.
The Knight-Hennessy Scholars program cultivates and supports a highly-engaged, multidisciplinary and multicultural community of graduate students from across Stanford University, and delivers a diverse collection of educational experiences, preparing graduates to address complex challenges facing the world. Knight-Hennessy Scholars participate in an experiential leadership development program known as the King Global Leadership Program and receive funding for up to three years of graduate study at Stanford. Two applications must be submitted separately; one to Knight-Hennessy by October 6, 2021, 1 pm PST, and one to the Stanford graduate degree program by its deadline. To be considered, you must apply to Knight-Hennessy Scholars by October 6, 2021, at 1:00pm Pacific Time, and separately apply to the Statistics department by the department/program deadline.
